Youth strength program designed to improve athletes strength and speed. Instruction of proper technique and form. Classes are every Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 4:00PM.
Youth speed and agility program designed to improve athletes speed, agility, vertical and endurance. Classes are every Tuesday & Thursday at 4:00PM.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING GROUP
Ongoing
Designed for high school athletes aiming to boost their sport-specific strength, mobility, speed, and explosiveness. Participants benefit from daily guided sessions, a customized strength and conditioning program, and a tailored meal plan. With options for full, strength-only, or speed and agility sessions, athletes will work on improving key metrics such as squat, bench, vertical jump, 40-yard dash, and shuttle run times.

ONE-ON-ONE SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Our one-on-one sport-specific training is designed to elevate game-day performance by focusing on the individual needs of each athlete. Athletes receive a custom training program tailored to their specific goals, targeting areas such as strength, speed, agility, vertical jump, cutting, pivoting, power, explosiveness, coordination, and injury prevention.
